The PV Roofers application is a business tool for authorised employees, contractors, installers and administrators. By using it, you agree to use your own account, protect your login details and follow PV Roofers safety, employment, fleet and acceptable-use policies.
Operational records
Job stages, check-ins, notes, photographs, leave requests and other entries should be accurate and submitted promptly. GPS and tracker readings can be affected by buildings, devices, networks and mapping data; they support operational review but do not replace judgement, safety procedures or an employee's right to explain an exception.
Safety and navigation
Never operate the app while driving. Navigation is handed to the device's mapping application. Routes and arrival times are estimates. Site risk assessments, permits, Safe Pass requirements and supervisor instructions always take priority over information displayed in the app.
Acceptable use
Do not access records outside your role, upload unlawful or irrelevant material, share customer or employee data without authority, bypass security controls, or use vehicle/location data for an unauthorised purpose.
Workplace communications policy
Version 2026-07-15 · effective 15 July 2026
Company announcements, direct messages, team chats and job discussions are workplace records. Use them for legitimate work, keep customer, employee, safety and commercial information confidential, and check the intended recipient before sending.
Content that is not allowed
Do not send, request, upload or link to harassment, bullying, threats, hate or discriminatory content, sexual or exploitative content, illegal material, spam, scams or repeated unwanted contact. Do not encourage unsafe work, conceal a safety incident, misuse confidential information, impersonate another person or share personal data without a lawful work reason.
Report and block
Use Report on a message to send that specific item to authorised office staff for review. A report is not shown to the sender and does not automatically block the person. In a direct chat, use Block to stop new direct messages; blocking does not submit a report, so use both controls when office review is also needed. Job, team and company channels may remain available because they are operational channels.
Review and urgent concerns
The office will review reports promptly, prioritise threats and urgent safety concerns, record the outcome and take proportionate action under company policy. This may include preserving the report record, removing content, restricting messaging or suspending access. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact emergency services and follow the company's urgent safety escalation process; do not rely on an in-app report alone.

Availability and changes
We may maintain, secure or update the service and may suspend compromised accounts. Offline or delayed connections can postpone synchronisation. Urgent safety matters must use the company's established emergency and escalation channels.
