Include with a support request
Include your name, role, job reference where relevant, phone model, app version, and a short description of what happened. Do not email passwords, full identity documents, health details or other unnecessary personal data.
Safety and urgent issues
The app is not an emergency service. Stop work and follow the company safety escalation process for an immediate site hazard, injury, vehicle incident or safeguarding concern.
Privacy or account deletion
Use the in-app Delete account action to start deletion. For data-protection questions or if you cannot sign in, email info@pvroofers.ie from the address associated with your account so identity can be verified.
